FAS Students Move into the Winner’s Circle

In a pilot program to share the now familiar training from The Pacific Institute (TPI) and brought to you by the folks in Human Resources and Equal Opportunity, a group of FAS students will learn about the benefits of self-efficacy, empowerment, and accountability. The training that we know as Imagine 21 has been slightly repackaged and will now be known as Investment In Excellence (IIE). We look forward to hearing from our students how they incorporate the tools and information into their work and personal lives as well as their education. We also plan to bring IIE training to the Council for University Strategic Planning (CUSP), a group represented by all divisions, responsible for supporting the campus’ effort to align budgeting and resource allocation with strategic planning. For those interested in subscribing to free daily email messages from TPI, you may subscribe at Winner’s Circle. We use education and information to help our community learn how to "manage change, set and achieve goals, lead more effectively, and think in ways that create success."
